About Us

Having been in the construction industry for over 20 years now, I have gained a vast amount of experience in all aspects of the joinery trade.

I started out by doing a full apprenticeship for a local joinery company in Halifax, learning from experienced joiners, going from small domestic jobs to doing large school and hospital projects and gaining my City and Guilds qualifications.

At age of 22, I decided to go in to bar fitting so got a job at Andy Thornton’s (Halifax) where I worked on large bars and then went to Copenhagen to fit out a large themed bar then on to other projects. I then tried my hand at shop fitting, working on many different projects all over the UK from UCI (cinemas) in Cardiff, 3 shops in the Trafford Centre (Manchester) all the way up to Glasgow and Aberdeen fitting out hospitals, shops and many, many other projects.

Now in my 10th year of business mainly doing domestic work, from fitting doors to creating large kitchens. Where required I organise reliable & qualified services i.e. electricians, plumbers and plasterers to suit the job. NO JOB IS TOO SMALL!

I enjoy the domestic side of joinery, if needed I can give advice on what I think would be suitable for your needs if you’re unsure. I always treat a job as if it were for my own home, making sure that we clean up after ourselves and vac where needed! There is no better job satisfaction than when standing with the customer, looking at the job and us both being pleased with the end result.
